Executive Summary

I am a people-centered leader who believes in developing strong and positive relationships with the team while leading them to achive. I believe in leading myself before leading others. I also believe that everyone needs to be led differently not only based on their personalities, but also based on where they are in their career. I am a PMP-certified project manager. My career spans 20 years in which I’ve had the opportunities to lead engineering related projects as well as Information Technology projects (software development, integration, M&A, and infrastructure) some with multi-million dollar budgets.
